St. Joseph‘s parish is a very busy place. Beside all of the Mass, there are religious education classes, many youth activities, and several choirs. Each week, there are classes to prepare the parents whose children will be receiving the sacrament of baptism the following Sunday. The priests hear confessions twice each week. St. Joseph’s has two priests. The pastor is Father James and the vicar is Father Charles. These priests belong to the Order of St. Augustine. Father James entered the Order in 1960 and was ordained in 1972. father Charles began his formation in 1970 and became a priest in 1980. St. Joseph’s is a large, urban panish. There are 1500 families registered in the panish. Every Sunday there are seven Masses. There are two Masses each weekday.
