Every morning, I get up at 4:30 A.M. After getting washed, I put on my habit and go to the Chapel. At 5:00 A.M. our community says Morning Prayer from the Divine Office. Afterwards, the priests say Mass. One priest is the principal celebrant or presider. The other priests concelebrate. We attend the Mass and sing, read and serve Mass. After Mass, we have a period of thanksgiving and then eat breakfast. After breakfast, we either do housework or go to school. At 11:15 A.M. we say Midday Prayer and then eat lunch. We always wash the dishes after lunch and then rest until 1:50. At 2 P.M., we return to the chapel to pray the rosary, the Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary and then the Office of Readings. Following these prayers, we have work and study until 4:30. For one hour, we then have exercise and play sports together. At 5:30 we return to the chapel for thirty minutes of meditation until we say Evening Prayer at 6. After dinner and dishes, there is more time to study, work or visit with one another in the community room. At 9:30 P.M., the community gathers for Night Prayer, after wich we keep silence until the next morning. Every August, we make our retreat in a Retreat House in the countryside. Usually, we make a five-day retreat.
